You’ll work directly with clients—touring homes, communicating next steps, and creating that white-glove buyer experience we’re known for. You are not just opening doors. You’re representing the team in every interaction, and your role is essential to our success.
Our ideal person is:
Based in or around Savannah/Richmond Hill/Midway. Available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends (real estate life, it’s not for everyone!) A licensed agent—or in the process of becoming one. Driven to grow in real estate but doesn’t want to do it alone. Clean, classy, and confident (yes, your presentation matters). Not dramatic, not combative, not flaky. Period. A joy to be around. Our clients have to love you. This is a commission based position with growth potential. We’re looking for a loyal team player. You’ll be mentored, supported, and held to a high standard—and you’ll love it here.
