Job Overview:

As a Leasing Consultant at Lake City Living, you will be an integral part of our leasing team, responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for prospective and current residents. You will play a key role in promoting and leasing our properties, maintaining resident satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing and Marketing:

Effectively market and lease available units to prospective residents. Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and answer inquiries to showcase the unique aspects of Lake City Living properties. Implement creative and strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents. 2.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance overall satisfaction and retention. 3.

Lease Administration:

Ensure accurate and timely completion of lease agreements and related documents. Collaborate with the leasing team to maintain up-to-date leasing records and databases. 4.

Community Engagement:

Actively participate in community events and promotional activities to enhance the overall community experience. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners. 5.

Market Research:

Stay informed about local real estate trends, competitive properties, and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations to improve leasing strategies and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service orientation. Familiarity with property management software and leasing processes. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
