Who We’re Looking For We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant with a strong background in closing home remodeling sales and securing B2B partnerships that generate ongoing client referrals. This role is perfect for a driven individual who understands the remodeling process, can guide homeowners through product selection, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager, leading a team of up to three sales professionals. What You’ll Do Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective homeowners and B2B leads. Qualify potential clients and guide them through the remodeling process. Attend client meetings, providing expert consultation and product recommendations. Assist in preparing project estimates and “bid” files. Prepare and finalize all contract documents. Ensure seamless homeowner follow-up throughout the construction process. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
