The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and real estate knowledge, particularly in the areas of contract negotiation and property maintenance. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential renters to secure agreements. Utilize Entrada software for managing tenant applications, lease agreements, and property listings. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and transactions through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to leasing agreements and contracts. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for showings. Stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulations. Experience Previous experience in multifamily property management, specifically – student housing leasing experience preferred Entrada experience preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping. Ability to effectively negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
