Qualifications:

• Willing to obtain a Real Estate License within 2-3 weeks ofjoining Elam Or currently licensed (we can assist withunderstanding the process)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly
