This is a high-impact role that offers the right candidate an opportunity to leverage RRS Group’s integrated platform and resources while playing a critical part in the ongoing growth of the team and its commercial real estate portfolio. Spearhead analytical and project support for all investment activities, including:

Constructing comprehensive financial modelsConducting rigorous sensitivity analysesPerforming in-depth comparable analysesExecuting discrete financial analysesOverseeing financial and asset due diligenceConducting thorough industry researchExecute property and market due diligence, including necessary travelActively participate in deal closings, with a focus on meticulous review and negotiation of legal documentationEstablish and maintain professional communication with external partners and due diligence advisors, including sponsors, brokers, attorneys, investors, and third-party consultants throughout the deal transaction processCollaborate closely with the asset management team to rigorously monitor existing investments on an ongoing basisDevelop comprehensive and analytically sound investment committee memorandaProvide critical support for the group’s day-to-day operations, including:

The salary pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $115,000 – $130,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
