Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure theirsatisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Gather local community information to be able to answer anyquestions from your client about potential homes
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with anefficient and smooth transaction experience
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs andwants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Always be appointment ready as our leads are often ready tolook at homes right away
• Attend team meetings at our Murfreesboro office to collaboratewith your team

Qualifications:

• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Great communication and social skills
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• A strong work ethic and solid morals
• Adaptable personality and strong communication skills
