A DAY IN THE LIFE
Coordinate with borrowers or their representatives to obtain documents such as payoffs, insurance, and mortgage verifications Independently manage processes like payoffs, expense review, and insurance tracking with a solution-oriented approach Handle inbound and outbound communication across email and phone Identify and recommend process improvements Work in-office 2 to 3 days per week in a hybrid environment Requirements
