In this role, you’ll work closely with clients from their first inquiry to closing day—creating a seamless experience and lasting relationships. Compensation:

$80,000 – $165,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Follow the team plan Set buyer appointments Lead follow up Execute consultations BRE signed Close sales CRM and database mastery

Qualifications:

Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Real estate license required Commission opportunity Sales experience About Company Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
