The AVP, Strategic Global Real Estate Operations will be based in Atlanta, and have responsibility for oversight and customer relationship management for Equifax locations globally. The role will have two direct reports who are responsible for facilities management, one located in India and the other in Australia. This position is based in Atlanta and offers a hybrid work schedule where Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday are in-office days.

This position is responsible for:

Manage global commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, renewals, subleases, expansions, and terminations, while executing real estate strategies and initiatives. Oversee facility planning and execution, ensuring adherence to budgets and company standards, and conduct site inspections to address any non-compliance. Direct broker selection, market analysis, financial analysis, and site selection to prepare business cases and maintain project schedules. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal business units, external vendors, brokers, and legal counsel, acting as a key liaison and ensuring effective communication. Formulate and manage fiscal operating and capital budgets for the real estate portfolio, including multi-year planning. Collect and analyze real estate data to create reports that accurately assess facility management and real estate objectives. Oversee Environmental Health and Safety and Emergency Preparedness Plans.

Qualifications and requirements:

BS/BA degree in Real Estate or related field 7+ years of Commercial/Corporate Real Estate experience and/or related experience in property/facility management; Experience must be in Commercial real estate with a strong related background in commercial office leasing, asset management, capital planning and property management Ability to operate in ambiguous circumstances Provides high degree of professional customer service to both internal and external parties, including executives Proficient with Microsoft products (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google products.
