Job Description:

Diamond National Realty is seeking a English and Spanish speaker, motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, and processing applications. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining high occupancy rates for our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to leasing inquiries and provide information on available properties Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing features and amenities Process rental applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission Maintain effective communication with tenants, ensuring a smooth leasing process Assist with administrative duties related to leasing and property management

Qualifications:

Spanish and English fluency are a must Previous leasing or property management experience is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to commute to Atlanta, GA 30331

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
