Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As a key member of our small team, you will be directly involved in marketing vacancies, touring prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and supporting our property management and ownership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively market and lease available commercial spaces across the company’s portfolio Conduct property tours and professionally present spaces to prospective tenants Prepare lease proposals and assist in negotiations Maintain accurate records of all leads, showings, and lease transactions Coordinate with property management to ensure spaces are market-ready Assist in developing marketing materials, online listings, and broker outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and vendors Stay current on market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties Provide regular leasing reports to ownership and management

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, or property management (retail, office, or industrial experience a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Real estate license preferred (or ability to obtain license)
