Job Description:
We are a fast-growing real estate development company seeking an experienced and high-performing Real Estate Agent to join our team as a Team Lead. This role is based in Chattanooga and will also support projects in Atlanta. We are looking for a driven professional who is ready to lead presales efforts for new construction developments and help us scale to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Lead presales efforts for upcoming new construction communities. Represent our projects with professionalism, market expertise, and exceptional customer service. Collaborate directly with our development and sales teams to drive success. Mentor and support other agents as we continue to build our sales team. Attend regular team meetings, property tours, and marketing events.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License in Tennessee and Georgia (dual licensing preferred). Minimum 8 years of active real estate sales experience. Currently closing at least 40 homes per year. Minimum $13 million in annual sales volume. Strong background in new construction sales is highly desirable. Proven leadership ability or desire to move into a team lead role. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
