Role:

As a Home Buying Specialist , you’re the front line of Padly’s growth. You’ll work directly with motivated homeowners to understand their situation, evaluate property conditions, and structure win-win purchase offers. This is a high-earning, high-impact role for sales professionals who know how to close.

What You’ll Do:

Build rapport quickly with sellers over the phone and in person Attend in home appointments with sellers across the Metro Atlanta area Analyze property values and seller motivation to make strong offers Negotiate purchase agreements that align with Padly’s buy box Manage your pipeline with discipline and follow-up relentlessly Collaborate with our support teams to take deals from offer to close Hit KPIs and help drive the company’s acquisition goals We’re Looking for

Closers Who:

Have 2+ years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not required) Thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment Are confident communicators and natural problem-solvers Embrace feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement Are hungry, self-managed, and hate losing deals
