Follow up post-tour to answer application-related questions and guide prospects through the application process with urgency and care. Manage all incoming prospect communications via SMS, online chat, email, and potentially phone/video calls. Share virtual tours with those unable to visit in person. Professionally present prospective residents with information on pricing, availability, layouts, amenities, design, and the surrounding area or neighborhood prior to the onsite visit, upon request. Cross-sell prospects to other communities within our portfolio if needed. Document all pre- and post-visit communications to support onsite leasing efforts. Work collaboratively with onsite teams to ensure a seamless and elevated leasing experience. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences. Sales skills to support and contribute to leasing targets. Ability to build rapport and develop trust with prospective residents. Confident in overcoming objections and addressing concerns with professionalism. Deep understanding of DNR’s core values and differentiators in the market. Knowledgeable about local competition. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
