They are looking for you, an experienced Leasing Consultant, to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.
What you get to do:
Conduct property tours for prospective residents and close new leases (aim for a 25% closing ratio).
Maintain relationships with current residents and assist with lease renewals.
Answer phones professionally and follow up with prospects and vendors.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and ensure units are properly staged.
Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, submitting maintenance requests, and organizing files.
Help market the community through outreach, resident events, and promotions.
What you need to succeed:
2-3 years of residential leasing experience.
Strong customer service and sales skills with a successful closing ratio.
