THE BASICS
Pay :
As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll enjoy competitive pay of $18 to $22 per hour .
Schedule :
This full-time position typically works Monday – Friday, with most Saturdays and/or Sundays required. If you work on a Saturday or Sunday, you will get another day off during the week, ensuring you have a balanced schedule.

YOUR DAY AS A LEASING CONSULTANT
As our Leasing Consultant, you will be the welcoming face and primary contact for prospective and current residents. Your day will begin by warmly greeting potential residents, showcasing our properties, and highlighting amenities. Your expert knowledge will guide them through available units, lease terms, and the application process. You’ll build lasting relationships with residents, addressing inquiries with a friendly demeanor and ensuring clear communication. Using your marketing and sales skills, you’ll promote our apartments effectively. Handling applications and lease paperwork will be effortless for you, thanks to your attention to detail. You’ll also maintain records, assist with clerical duties, manage apartment turnovers, and coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, fostering a true community atmosphere!
REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEASING CONSULTANT
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of leasing experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Reliable transportation Strong closing skills One year of customer service experience and familiarity with Yardi software is preferred. Sales experience would be a plus!
