Position Overview:

Veribas Real Estate is seeking a highly driven and strategic Acquisitions Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and acquiring profitable real estate opportunities. This is a commission-only position ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and an extensive understanding of real estate market trends and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential property acquisitions, including off-market opportunities, distressed properties, and investment prospects. Conduct thorough financial analyses, property valuations, and market assessments to determine feasibility and profitability of acquisition targets. Negotiate acquisition terms, pricing, contracts, and oversee the closing process. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, and investors to create a robust acquisition pipeline. Utilize market research, data analytics, and industry knowledge to inform acquisition strategies and investment decisions. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, property management) to ensure seamless transaction processes. Regularly prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining acquisition opportunities, risks, and financial projections.

Qualifications:

Real Estate License (Preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or a related role. Proven track record of successful property acquisitions and transactions. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expert proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate analysis tools. Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
