We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who aremotivated and passionate about making the home buying experience assimple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join ourdynamic and fast-growing team. If you are an agent who has closedat least 4 transactions in the past 12 months, we can help you growyour business to 12 per month within one year. What’s in it foryou:

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up withleads to increase sales
• Hold buyer and seller consultations tofind out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meetthose needs
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following upwith leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Keep up withlocal knowledge to answer questions clients may have aboutpotential homes and the surrounding community
• “Always beconsulting” by providing your clients with your very best serviceand your very best advice to nurture client relationships andgenerate repeat and referral customers

Qualifications:

• A validReal Estate License is required for this job
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation and networking skills
• A successful andproven sales history is preferred
