The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate practices and be passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the real estate process while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Duties Assist clients in buying, showings in Metro Atlanta, and its surrounding counties. Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing regulations. Organize property showings and open houses for prospective clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Skills Strong understanding of real estate administrative processes. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
