The Role:

✅ Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish ✅ Handle wholesaling transactions — from seller contracts to buyer assignments ✅ Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other key stakeholders ✅ Schedule and manage property inspections, appraisals, and closings ✅ Assist with creating and updating property listings and marketing materials ✅ Maintain CRM systems and track transaction progress ✅ Ensure smooth transaction flow, with keen attention to deadlines and details

Great Fit If You:

Have 2+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (wholesaling experience is a huge plus ) Are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple tasks at once Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with clients Are tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems Are results-driven with a strong attention to detail Have a passion for real estate and are eager to learn and grow in the industry

Have previous wholesaling experience or knowledge Are bilingual (English + Spanish) Hold or are working toward a

Pennsylvania Real Estate License Requirements:
