). Responsibilities and Duties We will provide you with a list of ideal candidates who have requested to be contacted to receive assistance with buying or selling. Following up with these leads will be critical for conversions. Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic, responsibility, and a strong drive to boost monthly sales.
• Commitment to making 50+ calls per day.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrable sales experience.
• A leadership mindset focused on caring for and helping clients.
