Job Description
Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities. Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers. Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals. Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities. Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents. Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
