We are expanding a team of hungry real estate agents willing to Do The Work to serve multiple clients on a monthly basis. We will work with you to build your list of clients as you also get to

RECEIVE AND WORK WITH SPANISH SPEAKING HOME BUYER, SELLERS AND INVESTOR LEADS.

Since you will be receiving multiple prospects, a strong outbound phone-calling work ethic, sales skills and drive is required to build your monthly sales. Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and navigate real estate terms and contracts is highly desired.
• Previous experience in real estate.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer service-oriented mindset are key for providing exceptional service to clients.
