Transaction Coordinator | This is a Hybrid position – MOSTLY REMOTE, but some in person days required. North Georgia Property Experts is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Transaction Coordinator to manage contract-to-close processes for our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping things on track behind the scenes. This is a Hybrid position What You’ll Do Manage all aspects of the transaction from executed contract to closing Coordinate communication between clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, and vendors Monitor contract deadlines and ensure compliance with all terms Submit and maintain complete transaction files for brokerage compliance Provide consistent updates and support to clients and team members Create and post listings on MLS sites Requirements Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role Strong knowledge of Georgia real estate contracts and timelines Licensed in Georgia (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable navigating KW Command What You Get Fully remote with flexible hours Paid per transaction Be part of a respected local brand 30% referral commission on closed deals from your personal sphere (if licensed) Pay Structure $350 per closed transaction (paid after closing) Bonuses available for meeting deadline benchmarks To apply, email your resume and a short introduction to ashley@northgeorgiapropertyexperts.com .
