Responsibilities:

•Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct property tours and highlight the features and amenities of our community. Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Process rental applications and lease agreements. Maintain accurate and organized leasing records. Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and address their needs promptly. Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents. •

Qualifications:
