Home Buying Specialist Letts Real Estate Columbus, GA We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate Home Buying Specialist to join our real estate investment team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a change, we would love for you to be a part of our Home Buying team! Responsibilities Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

Qualifications Requirements:

Must be able to work full-time. Schedules can be somewhat flexible with advancement. Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Background and track record of success in selling is preferred. Clean background check required Drivers License Required Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in-person A Real Estate License is not required Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Compensation $85,000 – $100,000
