Top-Producing Agent Location:
Augusta, GA Full-Time | Salary + Bonus Potential | Career Position Only Are you an experienced, driven real estate professional who thrives behind the scenes—making sure nothing falls through the cracks and everything runs like clockwork? Do you love creating order from chaos, streamlining systems, and helping someone else reach their fullest potential while building a long-term, meaningful career for yourself? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
About Me:
I’m a high-performance real estate agent averaging 60+ transactions per year with a clear plan to scale to 150+ annually. My focus is on production—prospecting, showings, closing deals—and I need a rockstar assistant to help me reclaim more productive hours and maximize my impact. I’m growth-focused, driven, and thrive in high-speed environments, but I’m not always the best communicator or most organized—so I’m looking for someone who can anticipate needs, create structure, and keep me on track without constant oversight.
About You:
You’re not new to real estate. You understand the language, the urgency, and the moving parts. You’re detail-obsessed, systems-oriented, and can execute consistently even in the middle of chaos. You have a strong “why,” a career mindset, and take pride in doing elite-level work behind the scenes. You’re firm but flexible—able to take initiative and work with someone who operates at full speed but sometimes leaves loose ends. You Might Be a Fit If You… Have 2+ years of experience in real estate admin, transaction coordination, or operations Have deep knowledge of real estate CRMs, MLS, Dotloop, Contracts, etc. Are obsessed with time management, checklists, and accountability Can gently but firmly keep a high-producing agent on track Are a natural organizer who can anticipate needs and act proactively Have thick skin, a strong sense of ownership, and thrive in high-pressure environments Are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential (this is NOT a temp or stepping-stone role) Can handle changing priorities without skipping a beat
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the agent on task daily with reminders, priorities, and accountability Manage the transaction process from contract to close Streamline systems and processes to reduce inefficiencies Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and client communications Coordinate marketing, listings, and showing logistics Create and maintain SOPs for repeatable success Act as the “air traffic controller” to protect the agent’s time and energy
Ideal Personality Fit:
My DISC profile is Dynamo (High D + High I). I move fast, take risks, and chase results. I need someone who is organized (High S/C), steady, proactive, and doesn’t take things personally. You must be comfortable being the strong backbone while helping cover the communication and structure gaps I naturally have.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Long-term growth and potential for advancement If this sounds like the career move you’ve been waiting for—apply now. This isn’t just a job. It’s an opportunity to build something great, side-by-side with someone who’s going places. But only if you’re serious, experienced, and ready to run at full speed.
