The ideal candidate has a polished, outgoing personality and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This role will assist prospective residents, process applications, and ensure an exceptional resident experience from tour to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• Assist with lease applications, renewals, and resident communications
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Support marketing initiatives and community events
• Ensure the property is presented in top condition at all times
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of leasing or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency with leasing software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
