The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. This is a part-time permanent position. Applicant must have great marketing skills, as we are in the process of a Lease Up. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Assist applicants in completing lease applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including contracts and tenant information. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations. • Manage tenant relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Stay informed about local rental market trends to provide competitive leasing strategies. Support legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements and contracts. Requirements Previous experience in property management or a related field is required. Previous experience in heavy Marketing. Strong sales skills with a proven track record in upselling or customer relationship management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations is required. Proficient in office software and property management systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
