Job Potential Income Range Including Bonuses, Commissions, and Incentives Potential Annual Income Range:
$60,0000 – $220,000 Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends to advise clients effectively. Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and communication with stakeholders.
