The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential or commercial properties, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants while maximizing occupancy rates. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities. Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing, lease preparation, and tenant onboarding. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and property listings using property management software such as OneSite. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards. Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms. Experience Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales is preferred. Familiarity with property management practices and leasing procedures is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Experience with legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements and contracts is a plus. Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and tenants. Knowledge of facilities management principles will be beneficial in maintaining property standards.
