Leasing Consultant Bayou Oaks Apartments 330 Feu Follet Road, Lafayette, LA 70508 Leasing Consultant needed for Apartment Community. Great Benefit Package, Knowledge of apartment industry helpful but not required. Must have excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants and colleagues and a positive disposition. Strong sales skills and ability to lease apartments. Answer phones pleasantly and greet all visitors. Familiar with social media management for marketing purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis. Summary As a Leasing Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating property leasing and providing outstanding customer service to prospective tenants. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will leverage your core skills in property management and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance and enhance tenant satisfaction. Your premium skills in conflict management and knowledge of landlord-tenant law will be essential in addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues. Additionally, your proficiency in marketing, data entry, and communication will support effective outreach and relationship management, making you a vital asset to our team in a competitive real estate market.
