This is a hybrid role designed for someone with strong sales instincts who’s eager to build a career in commercial real estate. You’ll assist senior brokers, generate leads, conduct market research, manage client relationships, and help prepare marketing materials and listing packages. This is an in-person role based at our office at The Batture. You must be licensed to practice real estate in Louisiana, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. As real estate professionals, we strive to further enhance this dynamic. Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads across retail, office, and mixed-use asset types Assist senior brokers with showings, comps, transaction management, and proposals Prepare marketing content and listing packages Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date property databases Schedule tours, communicate with prospective tenants, and follow up post-showing Support client engagement and help manage relationships across active deals Who You Are Self-motivated and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Sales-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ropes of brokerage Licensed Louisiana Real Estate Salesperson (required) 1+ year of commercial real estate experience preferred but not required Available to work in-person Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5
