What You’ll Do:
§ Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities § Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person § Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in § Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention § Assist with marketing efforts and community events § Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
What We’re Looking For:
