Position Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities
Software:
Proficiency in Yardi required; CRM IQ is a plus
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
Transportation:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents with touring and leasing apartment homes
Handle phone calls, filing, and general administrative duties
Submit service requests and address resident concerns
Complete lease applications and paperwork accurately and efficiently
Support marketing efforts and assist with resident events and retention initiatives
