Keller Williams Realty Cape Cod & Colonial Partners is seeking motivated Realtors to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% commission-based , independent contractor position that offers unparalleled support, training, and resources to help you build a successful real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts. Utilize Keller Williams’ proprietary systems and technologies to grow your business. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to obtain a Massachusetts real estate license ( scholarship opportunities available for pre-licensing courses ). Strong desire for independent work and professional growth.
