Pay:

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound leads and follow up consistently Schedule and conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments Utilize strong communication skills to effectively present property listings and negotiate deals. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients Attend inspections, open houses, and showings as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM Collaborate with team members and attend regular team meetings Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
