This individual is responsible for daily marketplace engagement and management of existing clients and assignments. This person’s responsibilities will include interfacing directly with commercial real estate owners and tenants in the MA, CT, and RI marketplaces with a concentration of assignments in Western Massachusetts. The best candidate will be eager to connect with building owners and tenants, grow the brand, and consistently uncover new business opportunities. This role requires candidates have prior real estate transaction experience, and ideally is familiar with commercial real estate sales and/or leasing process. The role is full-time – hybrid with both in office and remote work. Individuals must always be available for team or client communication via their phone or computer, and be prepared for occasional weekend/holiday work as needed. Members of our team must have a “Client First” mentality – always be looking for ways we can add value to new and existing customers. Responsibilities Work with existing clients to accomplish their transaction goals Source new listings and deliver on new assignment targets Consistently cultivate new marketplace relationships Become “fluent” in commercial real estate property needs and considerations Maintain and organize market information effectively Achieve meaningful new prospect engagement (5-10 interactions per day) Empathize with client goals, listen clearly to direction, their needs, and provide thoughtful guidance Maintain consistent communication with the Region Commercial brokerage and operations teams, as well as company management and follow instructions Raise “Social Capital” with the Region Commercial brand Remain in alignment with company values, culture, and organizational goals at all times Always look for “one more way” to exceed expectations Basic Qualifications +2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or adjacent field Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License Required Applicant must have completed prior real estate transactions Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast paced environment Great at communicating with clients and prospects over the phone Associates or Bachelor’s degree required Must be able to lift 25lbs Must possess and be willing to use personal vehicle to travel Valid drivers license required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CoStar, LoopNet, and MLS Property management or building services experience a plus Experience working on a small entrepreneurial team a plus Pay Please note, this is a non-salaried position and is commission based. Candidates will be put on existing deals for compensation and expected to source their own assignments as well. Estimated annual earnings are $75,000 – $150,000 per year, deal flow and performance dependent.
