The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be detail oriented and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Duties Assist in the preparation and management of real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and property listings. Compliance review of all contracts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Support the sales team in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and online listings. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing documents, and maintaining organized records. Qualifications Experience in administrative &/or marketing roles; experience in real estate is a plus. Strong understanding that presentation and details matter Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficient in using technology for marketing purposes and managing property listings. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Be a problem solver.
