In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting a large volume of leads through personalized follow-up and owning the entire lead conversion process. You’ll actively track your productivity and sales metrics while participating in regular accountability meetings to drive your success. Once a lead is converted, you will guide clients through the real estate transaction, ensuring they have a smooth and rewarding experience. You’ll work closely with a supportive and collaborative team that’s committed to helping you grow both personally and professionally.

What You’ll Do:

Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads into appointments. Manage the sales database throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Build and nurture long-term relationships with converted leads, providing an exceptional real estate experience. Practice and follow scripts to deliver your value proposition and expertly handle objections. Qualify leads to effectively communicate their motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents. Follow up rigorously with potential clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions. Track and report productivity and sales metrics, presenting your progress in weekly meetings. Stay informed about local market trends and adhere to real estate laws at all levels.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional telephone skills, with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone. Willingness to spend the majority of your workday on the phone, engaging with leads. Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues to increase effectiveness. Proven track record of sales success, meeting or exceeding quotas. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills and experience with database management. Ambitious with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a competitive environment. Real estate license required (previous real estate experience is a plus).
