Leominster, MA What You’ll Do Be the welcoming face of our communities: greet and tour prospective residents with confidence and enthusiasm. Guide prospects through the leasing process: respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins, qualify applicants, and close leases.

Ensure satisfaction:

address resident questions and concerns quickly and professionally. Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional resident experience. Maintain a pulse on occupancy goals and support marketing efforts to attract quality residents.

What We’re Looking For Experience:

1+ year in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Yardi experience is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication, positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.

Location:
