Part-Time Real Estate Admin Assistant Evelyn Conrad Manon de Carlo Team 458 Main Street, Bangor, ME 04401 We’re Hiring! Part-Time Real Estate Admin Assistant (20 hrs/week) Are you a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, Type A personality who loves systems, structure, and staying five steps ahead? Our busy real estate team is looking for a proactive Admin Assistant to manage the details and keep everything (and everyone!) on track.
Responsibilities:
Calendar & email management Listing prep (MLS input, materials, coordination) Transaction support from offer to close Social media scheduling & basic marketing tasks CRM updates, document handling, light tech support Occasional errands & general admin
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptionally organized with follow-through on every detail A clear, confident communicator Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Understands (or is eager to learn) the flow of real estate deals Thinks ahead, takes initiative, and doesn’t need hand-holding Professional, discreet, and client-facing when needed
Details:
20 hrs/week (schedule negotiable) Primarily in-office with some flexibility Must be local and reliable Real estate admin experience is a strong plus If you love a fast-paced environment, live by your to-do list, and get satisfaction from keeping others organized—we’d love to hear from you!
