Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Eric Craig Real Estate Team 104 S Bridge St, Smithville, MO 64089 Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? The Eric Craig Real Estate Team — the #1 real estate team in the KC Northland — is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. Join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work makes a direct impact on the success of our agents and clients. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Communication Serve as the main point of contact for buyer and seller clients throughout the transaction process. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and service providers. Conduct client follow-up calls at 30, 90, and 120 days post-closing to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Provide vendor recommendations for home improvements and maintain strong client relationships. Transaction Management Manage all steps of the transaction process from executed contract through successful closing. Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, appraisal, inspections, repairs, and possession timelines. Schedule and oversee closing dates and all related activities. Administrative Support Support agents with property research, information gathering, and showing appointment scheduling. Maintain team performance metrics and update internal scoreboard statistics. Submit complete documentation for broker compliance and maintain accurate client records in database systems. Lending & Documentation Support Work directly with buyers’ lenders to ensure timely collection and submission of all necessary loan documents. Monitor loan progress and proactively communicate with all parties to keep transactions on track.
Qualifications Required:
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with real estate software platforms and CRM/database management systems. Knowledge of real estate contracts, transaction processes, and industry regulations. Professional, customer-service focused demeanor. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred:
Prior experience in real estate, escrow, title, or transaction coordination. Active real estate license (preferred but not required). Experience with CRM systems and transaction management software.
