Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards Participate in team events and activities as per team guidelines Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology A valid real estate license is required Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
