What You’ll Do:

Call leads which we provide Talk directly with property owners Set qualified appointments and hand off hot leads to closers Track conversations and status updates in our CRM (Podio)

What You Get:

$2,000/month guaranteed base pay $1,000 bonus per signed deal you help generate Monthly profit share:

• 5% if you bring in 1 deal
• 10% if you bring in 2
• 20% if you bring in 3+ Training, scripts, tools, and support provided Opportunity to grow into closings, lead management, or other key roles
