Leasing Agent Position Available In Jackson, Missouri

Leasing Agent Briarcliff City Apartments Kansas City, MO 64126 Apartment community is looking for a full time Leasing Agent. Excellent hourly pay PLUS commissions! Leasing Agent assist in the rental process of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. Assist in move-in and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings as well as ensures paperwork of current and prospective tenants is completed accurately.

Duties:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from potential tenants and provide information about the property
• Assist with the application process, including collecting necessary documents
• Ensure all required paperwork of current and prospective tenants is completed accurately
• Assist in coordinating move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed
• Maintain accurate records of tenant information and lease agreements
• Address tenant concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating online listings and coordinating advertising campaigns

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in property leasing or management preferred
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficient in data entry and in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
