Apartment Leasing Solutions is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Agents to join our dynamic team for temp and temp to hire positions in the St. Louis, St. Charles areas! Temp and temp to hire is the perfect option to find the right fit for your new career move! In between positions? Temporary leasing is perfect! Must have previous apartment leasing experience and be ready to jump in and excel with a variety of properties. Full time and part time assignment options. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, familiar with on site management programs and have a background in leasing and property management. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartments, highlighting key features and benefits. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain organized files and records for all leasing activities; applications, follow ups and lease agreements. Able to utilize software for property management tasks, including tracking leads and resident communications. Provide exceptional customer service Assist with follow-ups with prospective prospects to encourage lease signings. Qualifications Previous experience in leasing and property management Strong customer relationship skills with a focus on providing excellent service. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive approach to problem-solving a Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
