Commercial Real Estate Collections and Receivables Specialist Western Skies Management, Inc. St. Louis, MO 63105 Western Skies Management, Inc. is a Columbia, Missouri, based leading national, privately held real estate developer, investor and property manager. We develop and manage large retail power centers across the country. As a result of our tremendous growth, we are seeking support in Lease Administration.

Responsibilities include:

Working Closely with Property Managers, Leasing Administration, and Property Accountants Contact Retail Tenants on a daily basis for payment on account Resolves client- billing problems and accounts receivable delinquency, while applying great customer service in a timely manner Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports Process monthly Late Notices Reconcile retail tenant Accounts (must be Highly proficient in Excel) Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations Must be a Team Player Other duties as assigned Western Skies Management, Inc. is an
