Responsibilities:

Support our prospective residents by providing community tours, support through the application, and the move-in process Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting, and facilitating resident activities. Participate in marketing initiatives for the property. Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents. Ability to conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow-up needed. Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all leasing activities

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in multifamily property management leasing Luxury/High Rise experience preferred Strong customer service skills. Yardi experience preferred Available to work weekends #
